Security: In order to secure the safety and delivery of your items, please mail items only to the address provided on our shipping page. Please send items via signature-required mail services, particularly Federal Express. During shipment, your chosen mail service will be responsible for tracking and delivery. In our offices, we will keep a complete record of all staff handling your items and processing your order for your protection.
Embedments: OfficerRetirement.Com is not responsible for customer supplied items that do not embed satisfactory. Every attempt will be made for acceptable embedments, but all items are at some risk. The embedment process involves a combination of heat, pressure, and solvency. These factors can affect many items, particularly plastics (can cause warpage or bubbling), rubber (bleeds) organic materials (can cloud or discolor), painted items (can peel, wrinkle, or bleed) and pieces of metal (can split or crack the Lucite, exposure to cold also cause metals to crack) Shop testing will be performed on certain customer-provided items before acceptance of order.
Customer Supplied Items: The manufacturer will NOT accept any responsibility for the end condition of furnished items after the embedment process. Due to chemical and heat reactions involved, objects will be embedded at customer's risk and expense only after factory receives a written release. This includes one-of-a-kind and other valuable objects. If the embedment does not prove satisfactory, we still will send you back your item in its condition. Refunds will not be provided.
Liability: All orders are subject to approval by OfficerRetirement.Com and are not binding until accepted. Factory reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and parts, the factory shall not be held liable for the inability to ship any order due to materials and parts shortage.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your badge shipment. From the time you get this email it is a minimum of three weeks to fulfill your order.
